So fear not the peaks and troughs, for Karma interjects from time to time

As Yoga preaches – Respect, trust & empathy are the foundation of true love

Without which, a mere verbal expression of affection is deception in the name of love

In the practice of which, lies the liberation from the vrittis that have come to be your bother

Is the key to the elimination of past impressions & future worries through the practice of  HATHA YOGA

While Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini are mere evolutes of the physical form of yoga

Not all who wander are lost

As life is an adventure, so to wander is a must

There’s much to learn, so there’s much to seek

Seek from the depths of your spirit, as anything less makes your mind weak

Hidden in the depths is your blissful self

The only tools you need are the mind, body & heart of your human self

Seek & destroy your deep impressions

Lest you be swallowed by self created illusions

Use not your blessings just to self-gratify

They are gifts to help live your life and not just survive

Its true what they say – Survival is for the fittest

But to truly live your life is the choice of the bravest

To veil & unveil is the beauty in the dance of Mother nature

Fear not the ebbs & flows, for her goal is to truly nurture

Every corner brings a new challenge, make them not your issues

If not dealt with an open heart, they will clog up your tissues

Unconditionally she showers her love, a lack of respect for her dignity is her only consternation

For she only lives with hopes, not with expectations
